Another day of productions, sorry for the bad photos I took this after class cuz I forgot to take it during Chef cut into the pound cake for grading and then I had to shove my eclairs into a bag to take back to my dorm But hey I got to take back some tasty desserts hehe #dessert #culinaryschool

Forgot which day this was but one of the days we segmented grapefruit And made eclairs The little cup was yellow past next to the grapefruit scraps is the pastry cream for the eclairs That I had to remake too that day xD seems like a lot of production fails on my end lol #desserts #food

Oh I don’t know if I ever shared this 👀 so this was day two of what we made during our baking class We made blueberry muffins and shortbread cookies Now that I think about it I think I failed my first batch of muffins and had to restart! But in the end they came out good :3 #desserts #food

This week was really interesting with the wild life on campus 👀 I saw a snake on the way back from from a class (I actually saw the snake a second time when I went out to get a package) and then earlier today right as I walked out of my dorm I saw a ground hog
