Keep in mind that while the modules are all available and *mostly* functional through GitHub, there are some bugs still being worked through, which is why they are not available on Steam yet.

Some confirmations: - The Rim-Effect mods are being re-released for 1.5 under Neronix17, with two separate editions available. - Legacy edition will be a version maintaining the original with as few changes as possible. - Renegade edition will be a fork with many changes, like Biotech based races.
