Did you know? Over the past couple years, local Christian Nationalist hate groups have waged a crusade against LGBTQ children, turning Rhode Island school committees into civil rights battlegrounds. Their goal: The overturning of State protections for Trans kids. #RhodeIsland

Today is Saturnalia, one of the original "reasons for the season." Along with Yule, Saturnalia is an ancient holiday that existed before Christianity, and based on the Winter Solstice. Early Christians adapted customs from this holiday to better indoctrinate people into Christianity. Happy Holidays!

Funny how the same people who want to force religion in schools are against free school lunches.

There are many good people out there who believe in god. And while we are not an anti-theist organization, many of our members have a problem with religion. And we can't blame them. We will continue to work with believers of all backgrounds in defending human rights, reproductive freedom & equality.
