Mayor Adams’ attempted executive order to bring Trump’s ICE onto Rikers has been ruled unlawful. This protects the civil rights of New Yorkers from being violated by Trump’s extreme political agenda and makes our city safer.

Once again, Mayor Adams’ administration is delaying the implementation of our CityFHEPS Reform Laws that will help New Yorkers remain in their homes and avoid temporary shelter. The Courts made clear: they must implement these reforms now.
