People being uncomfortable with negative emotions is a major problem in society right now. The discomfort worsens the empathy crisis.

I don't want to just give up. Does anyone else deal with feelings of wanting to quit? What do you do about it? Just ignore it? Vent? Thrive off spite? They're frustrating 😭

I REALLY hate the thought process that you can't share "private" things online. With that in mind I'm questioning if I'm even made for streaming or having a community because so many people seem to think that you should ONLY talk to your therapist and judge you otherwise.
