In the garden to begin the weekend and unwind with this bottle, not a new maker to me but a new variety. Heard of this variety, possibly from Liz copas book, never seen it before. Quite alot of tannins tempered with medium sweetness(fresh juice backsweetened maybe) 🤞to find a dry SJ one day.

It's nearly time to set off for the nottingham camra 2025 cider saunter. This Saturday, I'll be starting from platform beershack with a pint of seaside special me thinks.
