(Overanalizer voice) I used to draw like this when I was younger and I didn’t like it because I felt I should do a cleaner, more pleasing lineart style so people would like my drawings (didn’t help that friends kept telling me my stuff looked unfinished) but i always come back to it when I’m upset

I know I shouldn't feel embarrassed by being disabled but when people don't believe I do certain stuff because I can't do it otherwise it makes me feel bad having to do them. Never laughed when a friend said that me not being able to draw well on an ipad was a "skill issue"

my gut tells me that the reze movie style shouldn't be hard for me to replicate. the post processing might bring me trouble, mostly because i'm not sure what exactly they did to the lines.

read Room 999 the other day and i keep coming back to it. this title page is special to me, the way the credits cover so much of the landscape we'll spend most of our time in, the contrast from the red letters, the protagonist in a spotlight 😩
