Throughout my teens and early 20’s bad actors in my life tried to get me to think that my being autistic was a negative, that I’d be dependent and never make anything of myself. Thanks to supportive friends/family I’ve spent my whole adulthood thus far proving that those people are full of shit. 😁

I will never condone the use of violence and/or killing in any situation. However when you build your platform on a pedestal of hate and divisive rhetoric.. it shouldn't come as a surprise when that hate gets directed back at you.

There’s nothing that convinces me more that it’s worth making it through another day than waking up and staring me in the face is a dog that despite laying beside me all night is so excited to see me. We humans truly don’t deserve the unconditional love dogs give us..but I sure am glad we have it.

In my current D&D campaign I recently took the telepathic feat for my wizard. He can now send messages to people via telepathy. I’ve decided that he is unaware he can do this and will be accidentally beaming insults into peoples heads he dislikes in elvish until he becomes aware of this ability.

Friday at last…

When i went to my partner's house for the first time I was so scared that her dog might not like me. "If the dog didn't like me then the relationship was doomed before it began." Anyway, Long story short I wake up every morning now with that same partner and dog curled beside me. I'm truly blessed.

The game of D&D i was playing is D&Done for now. i can't wait for if/when it resumes because I have come to really enjoy how chaotic the group I play with is. Game won't be resuming until spring so i have plenty of time to think about how i want to build my wizard from this point onward.

About 10 years ago when I first started playing ttrpg’s my best friend would always make fun of me for only playing humans while he would find the most obscure race in the rule books to play. He still does that while I on the other hand moved on to exclusively playing elves. 😁🤡

My recommended videos on YouTube have lately been filled with nostalgic videos from way back..I look at the upload date and see “13 years ago.” The first is a bit of sadness as I realize how much time has passed so quickly. I also feel happy and proud seeing how much I’ve grown and matured since.
