Have you ever been in Florence, Italy? The cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore has this cool effect when the sun rises it shines on one side of the building while other sides are still in shadow. And there is a small tower that makes a gap where you get this view.

This is a tufted duck. Or toppand as we say in Norway. It is a misty morning quite high in the mountains of Norway. It is June, but the snow is till present not too far from this lake.

On the other side of the fence. This is from a series I have going called memories. As a kid living in the countryside in Norway in the 70s/80s we played outside and did some «exploring». Trying to find exiting stuff … and a small little wood in a field like this? It was like a treasure island.
