Please. Desperate and looking for advice again. Please spread this in #ADHD #AuHD #ChronicIllness spaces. Executive dysfunction combined with extreme fatigue (POTS) is killing me. I can't even take care of basic stuff. I'm on max daily IR Adderall (I've also tried Modafinil and Ritalin). (1/2)
