📅The Season 10 Music Pass now ends on 10/10/2025 @ 3:30 AM ET instead of the previously planned 10/14. This change is updated in the Passes page.

Some players who cancel their Fortnite Crew or change their subscription platform may see a visual bug showing an incorrect end date in-game. While Fortnite works to resolve this in a future update, they recommend confirming the end date on the platform you subscribed through.

Update on Xbox refund issue: When a player receives a refund of a real-money purchase, the purchased items are removed from their account. When V-Bucks are purchased, spent, and refunded, items purchased and gifted with the refunded V-Bucks are removed from both the player’s account. (1/8)

📅 Fortnite is rescheduling the NAW Reload Quick Cup Finals matches while they work to resolve an issue with matchmaking. I’ll reply here and update the in-game competitive calendar when they have a new date for this event.

To clarify: items are only revoked for players who either made legitimate refunds starting in December OR took advantage of an exploit on Xbox that faked V-Bucks purchases. This does not affect regular purchases on Xbox or any other platform that weren’t refunded.

Fortnite fixed a delay where items that were refunded on Xbox or previously gifted from fraudulent accounts were not immediately removed. Some players may now see that their payment was reversed or refunded and see recent items have been removed, even from transactions from several months ago.

⚠️ Fortnite is currently investigating an issue where the "Not Interested" button isn't responding as expected on the "For You" row in Discover. The button has been temporarily disabled while they work to restore full functionality. I’ll share an update once this is resolved.

❗Fortnite has just fixed some incorrect Reload ranks that slipped through. Playing another Ranked Reload match will apply the fix. Any Ranked Reload progress gained or lost since the reset on August 26 has been preserved.
