There are many egg dishes out there, but all things considered, my favorite might just be Dashimaki, which is a Japanese rolled omelet made with dashi. Having Dashimaki with grated daikon radish for breakfast is truly wonderful!

The post I shared the other day was a joke, not an actual part of Japanese culture. But personally, I do enjoy the challenge of standing up raw eggs.
