This isn’t going to be sustainable in 10 years when there’s like 10 big releases per month yet the kids currently growing up on Fortnite and Roblox are still just playing free to play games as adults and most these games flop.

Think I’m done with Hollow Knight. I’ve done everything to unlock the true final boss, but my lord that fight is impossible. If I keep smashing my head into this brick wall of a boss fight I’m gonna hate this game, so I’ll just stop here. Fantastic game.

Finally watched it. Yeah that wasn’t very good, it ended as soon as it was starting to pick up. Where was Tokon? No character reveals in like half a year? Really?? PlayStation Speakers got a priority? At least Wolverine looks good.

We’re so back. Supergiant gives us yet another masterpiece. Waiting until November to play this is gonna be agony.

Tracking collected Peach medallions & P Switches, as well as finally being able to join friends for Knockout Tour? Great changers here, fixes two of the game’s biggest issues. They also increase 3 lap track frequency, but I’m wary of that given House nothing really changed last update.

Sad that Hollow Knight is such an old Switch title that it doesn’t let me record gameplay footage. Really wish that got patched in.

I don’t want Hollow Knight to end, but at the same time there are some things in this game I just don’t want to do, like the delicate flower quest or fighting Nightmare King Grimm

The pain is over. If you know, you know. Fuck the White Palace. Annoyed this is required for the true ending but damn I did it anyways because I love this game that much.

I went from not caring for Hollow Knight at all to being downright addicted. So happy to have my mind changed.

Metroid fans are coming to the realization that Prime gameplay is just inherently boring to watch. Yeah a bunch of explosions and crazy boss fights are neat but that’s not what Prime is about, most of it is indeed walking through corridors, opening doors, and slowly circling enemies to shoot them.

Got much further than in my last playthrough, and this time I’m really enjoying it! Still don’t love the backtracking when I die to regain my stuff but I’m not dying as much this time so it’s less of an issue.

Giving this game a 3rd and final shot. If I still fall off I’m just going to have to come to terms with the fact that the most popular MetroidVania does nothing for me (or I play it a 4th time on PC with mods to make it much easier and less obtuse lol).

Late to the party but I finally both replayed Kirby and the Forgotten Land and finally beat Star-Crossed World. The base game is still fantastic, though not as mind telling on a second run. Star Crossed World is just more of the base game, which is all it needed to be but might leave some wanting.

Honestly I love the beef so much. It won’t happen but it would be so funny if this did end up reviewing better than that “other kart racer”.

Everyone has seemingly already beaten Star Crossed World but I’m replaying Kirby and the Forgotten Land just to experience it in 60fps. It’s so nice, it looks so nice and plays so smoothly.

I randomly got back into Monster Hunter World again. This game is so peak. I forgot how satisfying Great Sword was in this game. I don’t really play it in Rise or Wilds, but I might main it here.
