I am so excited to see my first broadway musical.

Tonight dnd tomorrow going to the Efteling, this whole 'holiday' stuff I'm doing this september is great.

I'm giving another talk (the 14th) about the Dutch colonial past and its influence on me as an artist. So I made some self-portraits of child me.

At the tender age of 31, I still attract strangers on the train. I was writing peacefully in my notebook. Until this stranger kept talking to me and upon my leaving asked "the name of this beautiful fantastic girl" - only for me to answer with "Not a girl."

So I'm done writing my grant paper, but now I have to do taxes? Ohh cruel world! why can't I just go outside and play?

I'm applying for a grant, and this truly feels like writing a university paper (which I also detested).
