In ‘64, my grandma said her precious dining chairs were ‘for Andrew’, who was a baby at the time. They’ve lived through 70s brown & orange stripes & then beige at my parents’ & are now at my niece’s new house, with green velvet. My mum’s beige stool is now purple & the rocking chair’s seat is fixed.
