Last couple of weeks have been quiet as I've been under the weather. Got a bug which has really slowed me down, and the doc has signed me off work. Of course I'm stressing about getting the adventure for #travconuk finished. But hopefully, it'll be all right on the night! #traveller #ttrpg

Space Weasel has just returned from what he calls "research" into the next #Traveller bestiary. He even put the air-quotes around the word, so I don't believe him. He just wanted to go and see bats. Filmed at #ChesterZoo, whose exhibit of, and work with, Seba's and Roderigues bats is excellent.

Vang's Traveller Bestiary, Volume 1 has been updated on @drivethrurpg.com. I've added a bit of text referring to Vang's expedition ship, and added two pages for 'notes'. Actually this is just a way to make sure the page count is a multiple of 4, and therefore better for printing! #Traveller #ttrpg

Back in the day I made GM screens with cardboard, tape and photocopied charts. Then for online games, they weren't needed. But I'm running my first face-to-face game in many years at #TravConUK in October, so I bought a #Traveller screen as part of the (huge) preparation I'm doing for it. #ttrpg

Space Weasel has had a busy week, preparing for his next mission. He visited some great jet planes, and even took part in a photoshoot for the new books. We've got three new #Traveller publications on the way - a book of spacehips, a book of beasties, and a new adventure. Watch this space! #ttrpg

Getting rather excited now. I've got about four publications in the works, at various states of completion. If I had more spare time, I'd be closer to getting them completed. Suddenly tonight, the new bestiary book looks like it's nearly finished. Available on @drivethrurpg.com when it's done.

Yesterday was apparently National Board Game Day (International, perhaps?), although I only realised today. Fortunately today was also TringCon, where we met up with friends and played games of Agricola, Ra, Suburbia and Airlines Europe. Had a very fun time, and already planning for the next!

I rather wanted to like @microsoft.com OneNote. It looked to be a good option for jotting down notes and ideas that would work across the different platforms I use. Sadly not, and I frequently found entries would often only have the start and lose the ends. It's gone. It had to do one thing...!

It's been a long time coming, but finally I've got my first Traveller 'thing' up onto DriveThruRPG. www.drivethrurpg.com/product/5043... A D66 book of adventure hooks, idea seeds, and background events to liven up the characters visits to starports anywhere across Charted Space.

So, I'm waiting for DriveThruRPG to approve the file I sent them for the publication. Send it in a week ago, and I'm hoping to see it OK'd soon. In part it's to work out how the publication side of DriveThru works. First one, so it needs to be checked, I get that of course! Just eager to see it!
