Dinner last night. I finally perfected the sweet potato recipe without sugar or butter

I been doing 16 hr fasting for about 30 days now. I haven’t had sugar, bread or fried/processed foods either. I cut a lot of starch too, like rice and white potatoes. It’s been really good…

Last night I made grilled red snapper, grilled shrimp, black beans on a bed of white quinoa and spinach. This was my first time making spinach and it came out really good, I added roasted garlic and chopped mushroom.

I started making more than just salmon. Grilled catfish and grilled whole red snapper. I think imma go to culinary school…
