I'm not attached to or use Discord much or at all, but I have friends who are and I'm sure there are others too who depend a lot on it too. So I took a little bit of time to write up suggestions and recommendations I gave them for certain usages that may be worth considering. I hope this helps some.

So this isn't just specific to Riot or 2XKO, but I thought about this for awhile and I feel I generally don't enjoy many PvP games lately because of their design intent. It often feels like a game just can't be a game...and that it HAS to be an eSport first and game second.

We kind of go through this like every few months with Discord(some worst than others). Maybe later when things calm down with folks I will list off recommendations and suggestions to separate certain things from Discord so that if/when shit hits the fan you're just like "meh see ya".

Saw it getting a lot of attention and some people were not sure if gen "ai" usage in Stoat was rumor or unsure how much it was I'll just link to the github discussion thread. A dev was transparent, heard the feedback, and reverted the relevant lines of code. I hope this helps you make a decision.

I was totally onboard with Pokopia until I saw the price point. I was expecting something around $40 USD seemed more appropriate to me, but not $70 USD. Maybe if I see more of it and there is a lot more than what I have researched, but based on information I could find I will have to sadly pass.

I feel like the hardest part of setting up a new device is the aesthetic customization. Wallpapers,icons, colours, stickers, etc... So many choices and methods.

Starting to feel a bit anxious about appointments this upcoming week, but I managed to prepare and get a lot of things handled. After I do some food prep, I can just do some art stuff this evening that I have wanted to do, especially now that I have all my stuff replaced and in working order.

I like Jewel the beetles design. The only thing I'd probably change about them is to give them 4 arms.

Was getting frustrated trying to salvage my phone situation and just said fuck it and got what I could at a decent price and fit my needs. Going to take a bit getting used to the size of the 9a, but its not bad. GrapheneOS does what I need it to and that's enough for me.

Starting up again small and light, but It feels food to start exercising again. Certainly can feel the "rust" of nearly half a year without exercise.

Helping friends and family with their PCs is interesting sometimes. Like I kind of get and have been told why folks have various reasons they dont close tabs and have A LOT open, but if you have so many open the tabs start looks like hatch lines or gradients...you really should start closing some.

Friendly suggestion for folks concerned their posts drown out their art or important posts on Buesky. Try adding hashtags to your posts and that can mitigate/remove that problem. Unsure if some are aware of it, but a viewer can click on a hashtag in your post or profile to see more of that from you.

Friend knows that I love Final Fantasy 9(Second only to Crystal Chronicles), but especially Beatrix and Freya. So I was given the Beatrix outfit as a gift out of nowhere. I love it, I think it looks very nice on my toon and dyes well too. #FF14 #FFXIV

Like cool I am glad you are researching and found information and I might read it too, but especially in art multiple methods can exist for 1 task.

All of my art supplies and equipment that was damaged is now replaced. So bright side of this week is that I have one less thing to think about.

I think I'm going to stop doing mentorships for a while. Might be fatigue from recovery, but it's gotten quite frustrating lately and feel it's best I paused on it at least.

So many people are less and less willing to put in the time needed for mastery and growth...and it is sad to observe.
