Shorter days with dark evenings can affect your mental health. While the longer days are slowly approaching, it’s a good idea to make small efforts to improve your wellbeing. 😊 Start by making your personal space cosy at night. Relax for a good nights sleep so you feel refreshed for the morning. 💤

During short days, it becomes too easy to find entertainment on a screen.📱 Social media is a great way to connect, but try to find other means of entertainment and avoid idolising other people’s lives on social media. You can turn off or limit your notifications and enjoy time with your loved ones.💚
