I've started doing 60 kettlebell swings in the morning before work for the last couple of weeks. 20 double hands, 20 left and 20 right. Had a new 15kg bell arrive last week. My workday focus feels better which is pretty good. Still getting my nightly walks and workout done.

Whoop! Finally broke the 99kg barrier! Down to 98.4 as of this morning. 4 months stuck at the same weight no matter what I did was getting a little disheartening. Increased my kettlebell intensity and replaced a meal with a smoothy which seem to have done it.
