Leigh Day's Daniel Leader delivered a speech outside the High Court ahead of a trial over claims that the clean-up of two Shell oil spills in the Niger Delta, totalling an estimated 600,000 barrels of oil, was inadequate. Daniel represents Bodo residents bringing the claim.
