Our new paper in Journal of Pain shows similar fibromyalgia pressure pain hypersensitivity among those who take vs do not take opioids. Bonus preliminary finding: Opioids may reduce FM pressure pain sensitivity during the first few hours after a dose is taken. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40472985/
