This quip from Chief Justice John Roberts and some brow furrowing he did in response to another one of the government's arguments exemplifies the majority of the justices' response to President Donald Trump's attempt to limit birthright citizenship today. #SCOTUS

It appears Trump's bid to limit birthright citizenship is a no-go, with a majority of the justices doubting that the 14th Amendment doesn't cover children of individuals who are temporarily or illegally in the country. Justice Alito seemed most sympathetic to the government.
