See š§µāļø The maximum fine that can be handed down for getting rich by pouring shit into rivers is Ā£20,000. Last year, in occupied Northern Ireland, there were more than 4,000 spills, but just 63 fines. Just six of those fines were over Ā£5,000 - most were closer to Ā£200.
