I think my favorite hobby is going to a fancy grocery store with no budget and just walking up and down the aisles for as long as possible.

Some thoughts post bilateral salpingectomy: 10/10 the best decision I've ever made. (Minus adopting Poe Poe.)

Overall, a 10/10 experience. I have never felt so validated in a decision, and every doctor/nurse I met was so wonderful. Pain is so far pretty minimal, I have Poe Poe to (carefully) cuddle, and life is good 💕

On a (very) positive note, after 5 years, my autoimmune disease is in remission!!! My doctor emailed me this morning! While it's not permanent, hopefully I get a few good years symptom and infusion-free, and I'm SO EXCITED!!
