Sometimes I get asked about good disability/education books and while Ableism in Education by Gillian Parekh is always a go-to, I think educators need to start thinking about the relationship between disability, education and carceral logics.

The amount of “Why are you so worried? It’s only for the terminally ill” is frustrating and familiar.
