I finally saw #thebandghost last night in Chicago. I gave away 50 bracelets, got a crisp mummy dust from Vanessa when I gave her my favorite Umbra bracelet, and they played some of my favorite songs (Spirit, Prime Mover, Per Aspera Ad Inferi). I’m going to be riding this high for a while.

I just spent over an hour filling out online intake forms for a scheduled ADHD assessment only to discover that the person who will be doing the assessment only thinks of ADHD as it pertains to male children and not adult women in their late 40s. Wife had a horrible experience-

Just got out from seeing 28 Years Later. I loved it and I will watch wherever they take this story. My only complaint was with the others in the theater laughing out loud during a scene that I thought was heartbreaking and beautiful. Jerks.
