I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Huddersfield University Heritage Quay last week – where I got to see the wonderful Women in Rugby League exhibition put together by Julia Lee. The archives are open Monday – Friday 9-5pm for the general public, and are definitely worth a visit!

It was wonderful to visit Guru Nanak Gurdwara in Springwood recently to see an exhibition of the Sikh Community in Huddersfield and celebrate a Kings Award to the Sikh Soldier Organisation team. Thanks to them there is now a permanent memorial at Greenhead Park.
