You know what's infuriating? You're struggling with your mental health and you're grabbing at anything and you get excited for something and it gives you something to look forward to and then a bunch of stupid little things happen and make you spiral so now you just want a hole to swallow you up.

As someone who was JUST talking about dressing up for Halloween, you don't even want to know how long it too me to register that people are walking around in costume at Target because it's HALLOWEEN.

I just spent like 20 minutes rummaging through my clothes trying to find a slightly sexy but still comfortable black outfit to wear for my costume and literally nothing fits right and now I'm mad and sad and don't even want to do Halloween. 😞

Ended up taking Xanax when I was still awake at 1am. I also ended up binge eating shit which has made me feel crappy. My coworkers txted this AM to change their schedules so now I'm alone all day at the office. I can barely keep my eyes open. Today is annoying already and it's not even 10am. 😑

I'm debating on writing more over on my blog. I come from the millennial blog era where you wrote out your feelings for the unknown, vast Internet to consume. But I also feel like people don't care about that anymore. I guess I'm just feeling kind of lost and without a voice.

I have a diff perspective about hurricanes since we went through Hurricane Ian. Knowing that we are living our lives like it's a regular Tue & an entire island is fearing for its life & suffering catastrophic damage. It's so weird to think about how the 2 timelines are existing at the same time.

I just realized that anything I used my purrfectvixen email for isn't connected to my phone because I wanted to make it separate. So when I deleted my domain, I deleted my email. And so now I will not be able to recover anything attached to it. 💀 Whoops?

Do you know how many times I pick up my phone and realize I've uninstalled Threads? And I don't have websites to check anymore or snaps to look at or DMs in insta... Even though I still have here, It's a very weird feeling. Which tells me it was the right thing to do.
