ooof, I got a walking pad so I can walk a little more while indoors. I kept falling off of the treadmill. But I was also watching PR: SPD so I wasn't really focused on the walking bit. It felt good to walk but man I could feel how aligned my back felt from walking upright it now hurts to shrimp

I've been consistently waking up at 3:30 and 4 am.... I just want sleep...

Me struggling with my not diagnosed (officially, because I'm still dealing with other stuff) sleep issues, because the MAIN sleep issue is masked by a DIFFERENT sleep issue. So the main one can't be properly diagnosed. And coffee/tea only works so much but it's unhealthy and arghghghgh
