It can feel tough to share when both your world and the world feel heavy. Or that you don't have anything to share. But I know others out there feel the same. And I can enjoy what others share until I'm ready to share.

I've also been trying to enjoy moments more. I'll still try to share cute moments and things I'm enjoying on here, but focusing on doing it more for myself and being present.

I do still enjoy my diapers throughout the week and can fall into headspace at varying times, but there's just something about curating and setting aside time for it.

A diapered weekend is even better after you've worked a hard week in preparation for it. I've been taking care of chores and other tasks on top of work this week so that I can fully decompress into a good headspace and much needed little time. I just appreciate it that much more during these times.
