The latest issue of Quantum arrives in UK newsagents this week, with a glorious cover from line artist Gary Crutchley and colour artist Luca Mattoni. Luca also colours my Major Rakhana story inside, and has done a splendid job!

I lost a friend at the weekend, who I met through a shared passion of reading comics and creating them. A genuinely lovely man taken much too soon 😔

Really, rather than pause they should see this as more an opportunity to bin the existing, dated, predictable format. Then relaunch as something more akin to Masterchef Australia, which is genuinely inventive and entertaining while still keeping the competitive cooking front and centre.

Back to my rematch of the original Twin Peaks series, which I haven't seen since it first aired. A few thoughts:

Having a rewatch of the original Twin Peaks that I enjoyed when it first came out. I'm finding I'm enjoying it even more second time around. Not sure if that's because it's the familiarity or I can just appreciate it more nearly 40 years on. Maybe a bit of both, eh?
