Today at work I got paid to entertain my bosses by making a paper airplane out of their losing lottery ticket and proceeding to throw it around the bar. We all did this for well over an hour. It was a slow day. 🤣🍻

So this happened a few days ago... fml. Got the replacement part installed but I'm bummed because this set me back on trying to get something shipped before the holidays. 😭

I hate being sick. The only thing helping is knock off DayQuil and the homemade lemon sweet tea I made.

I think one of my favorite parts of Christmas shopping with my mom today was her pointing to a Blitzo plush in Hot Topic and saying, "If I had a toy like that I'd have nightmares." I have more material this woman's a hoot.

So I was looking at an office chair at the thrift store today and naturally wanted to sit in it to see if it was cozy. Next I playfully launched myself forward. I made an ass of myself nearly running a poor lady over because I was too consumed with "Ooo rolly chair!" Best 5-dollar used chair ever.

It's so satisfying to see a piece come together with a simple outline. I always think it looks like trash until the outline pulls it together. Meanwhile, I'm impatient and hate waiting for the marker to dry between sections.

I'd say this was the most stressful part but the rough sketch is probably worse. This just feels so final and no oopsies can happen.

I played celebrity bartender for an hour and a half today (covered part of a shift). An old friend stopped in and we got on the subject of my ex. Out of nowhere, he asks, "So now that you're not playing single mom, what are you doing?" I buffered for 30 secs. I don't have kids, he meant my ex. 💀🤣😭

Currently procrastinating doing line work. Instead, I caught up on Fifty Shades of Grace and have snuggled with Klaus.

Also, in more interesting news, the radio project is nearly to my liking! I'm printing one last back plate since the last one was an eighth of an inch too wide.

Finally fixed one of the two litter robots. Both had corroded pinch sensor pins, replaced some DFI boards for good measure. The one has more parts on the way since it's got corroded bonnet pins, contacts, and the little plugs on the bonnet light plugs. I hate basement living. Fucking moisture. 🫠

Welp, fixed the printer, so I'm going full force on Alastor's radio. I fixed the 3D models on Sunday after work. So now it's final print time. (fingers crossed) Laid some red down on that drawing and promptly gave up. Next is dyeing my hair. My red looks pink and sad.

Forcing myself to do productive things. Fixing the litter robot is on hold until I find a long screwdriver. The 3D printer hates me. Guess I'll try coloring this.

I wish my friends would record when I sing impressive things at karaoke.(Be More by Stephen Sanchez) Instead I have a recording of my dressed as Alastor singing Brittany Spears from over a year ago. 😭
