Wpg Rack 090: Lombard at Main. It's difficult to tell, but there may not be a bike rack here at all. Perhaps one of these bicycles is supremely upright, a "stabil cykle" as the Danes call them. Comforting. But if the stabil cykle were to disappear, what then?
