I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in my early 20s, but I've suffered from it my entire life. Days like today are thankfully not as common for me as they once were, but waking up feeling dysregulated means I'll have to be very gentle with myself for the rest of the day.

I’m on complete vocal rest because I recently lost my voice and am trying to heal so I can speak again. Last week, I shared a video using TTS, or “text-to-speech,” and I received a lot of comments that made me think more about accessibility tools (like TTS), and how we perceive them.

I am not sick and my throat does not hurt--my vocal cords are inflamed. I know this because I've experienced it before. I know I made a post on a few platforms asking for advice yesterday, but I received more than enough advice and am no longer looking for more.

How does dishwasher rinse aid work? By reducing the surface tension of the rinse water! And for those of you who were victims of the misinformation campaign that spread throughout the internet like wildfire--there is no CREDIBLE evidence that residue from rinse aid harms the gut epithelial barrier.
