In my 9to5 I have: - backend developers to blame - managers to ask for things - QA to check for bugs - Designers to create for me - marketing department for sales - a boss to set goals - a big boss to set the company direction In my startup I'm all those things.

Most people have a poor people mindset.. Poor: We can't live there because it's too expensive It's so cheap now, I need to buy! My kids tuition is so expensive! Rich: How can I get to live here? Do I need to buy this? How can I afford my kids tuition?

Even after reading about it and being aware of that one mistake, I fell right into it.. Almost every successful solopreneur says that you should validate your idea fast. The goal is to build an MVP and launch to get fast feedback. My goal now is to launch my MVP with free access.
