In my experience, when patients talk about finding a doctor who will find the “root cause,” what they mean is they want a doctor who won’t blame every single symptom on anxiety/depression/weight. That’s it. That’s what they want. For doctors to do their actual job.

What I wish people would realize about the whole private versus public school debate is that private schools are allowed to pick their students, and also kick them out, for pretty much any reason. If you have a kid with any sort of special needs, private schools often isn’t an option.
