Nerd update : successfully have gotten two AI models running with UI on my macbook. I can generate images and can interact with a llama 3.2 Chatbot without an internet connection and don't have to pay OpenAI / Anthropic. This is very basic to achieve so I'm interested to see what else i can pull off
