What a day! Nice walk out & a couple of impromptu pints at the pub. Some lovely sirloins on the @kamadojoeuk seasoned with Lemon SPG after the first sear. Mykonos salad - green lentils, sundried toms, black olives, parsley, feta, lemon juice, olive oil, chives & mint. Steaks were so juicy 👌

Delicious whole sea bass on the Weber this afternoon. Seasoned with Lemon SPG & stuffed with Amalfi lemon & parsley. Garlic prawns in white wine. Tomato & caper berry salad. Cumin rice soaked up all those juices 👌

Buffalo Pork fillet 👌 seasoned with Buffalo Dust, brushed with Buffalo Hot Sauce. Seared in the @kamadojoeuk Cooked along with @marksandspencers.bsky.social dauphinoise & tenderstem broccoli & a buffalo gravy sauce.

Onto tonight’s prep! Buffalo Dust pork fillet. Will be basted in our Original Buffalo Hot Sauce 😋

Prep is underway! Pork loin left frozen in the fridge overnight. Still frozen but just enough thawed to slice nice & thin. Got 44 slices which will be marinaded then folded in half & skewered for the rotisserie. Essentially making 88 layers 🔥

Simple pasta taken to the next level with some Greek Gyros BBQ Rub. Steak mince, onion, garlic, black olives, pesto & red wine cooked down. Tossed through spaghetti, some pasta water, fresh basil & Parmesan 👌 Lots of Parmesan to finish & a drizzle of some good EVOO 😋
