I’m seeing people actively switching to Claude because of Anthropic’s stance against mass surveillance and autonomous weapons. I hope the news picks up and companies face massive pressure not to cross those lines.

I love this time of the year

All the major labs have people operating on <3-year AGI timelines, yet the AI safety funding landscape is operating on 5+ year timelines. AIS funders may be trying to 'time the market' and will be too late in a short timelines world. On an exponential, you are either too early or too late.
