I keep on thinking I will not talk about foods and recipes in "The Sicca Messenger" but as my own disease(s) progresses and doctors keep ignoring the fact that diet is EVERYTHING to prevent / manage my symptoms, I wonder if it is not the case I review this to share more of my own insight ....🧵
