Paint done, weight added into the base, matt varnish spray done (to stop the paint coming off when gluing the rigging)… just the rigging and sails (and rat lines) to go… #Blackseas

And …. Relax ! All decks in place, both hull sides glued together, all guns visible to anyone within, say, less than 1-2 inches of the ship (which is of course entirely commonplace when playing Black Seas). Now, has anyone got a scan of the ship card for HMS Victory they would be OK to share ? 😎

All the little guns are now glues successfully to the decks of this 1/700th HMS Victory kit. Just a few hundred dabs of paint to go and I can seal most of them up inside the hull, never to be seen again …. 😳🤪🤔 But I’ll have saved £15 🤔
