“Our species is sterile. Its a repopulation tactic. I have no control over it.”

“Well there is my biregnerated counterpart. Though I dont regard her as a proper Rani.”

She pressed a button and the Rani activated her Vortex manipulator, teleporting out.

She set her Time Ring, planning to go the alternate world.

“The one on Gamma Quadrant B. It shall do nicely.”

She took it. “Now our great work can continue.”

“Very well. Let us do so.”

“Hm….perhaps that could work. Perhaps if we could augment the Time Ring to enter these Universes…”

“Ugh. Two Doctors. A nightmare.”

“Unfortunately, youre correct. Bigeneration should have remained a myth.”

She squinted her eyes, slowly she crouched to put her gun down.

“It seems so. But the mutants only obey me, kill me and the mutants will be out of control.”

“Vortex manipulator.” She showed the black leather device around her wrist. “Now, my time ring if you will.”

“Hello, Mrs. Flood.” A familiar voice said behind her, aiming a blaster.

Inside were twisted experiments of all sorts as well as the Gallifreyian symbol of the Rani.

She entered a secret passage way down the alley, the sounds of mutants growling can be heard.

She takes out her sonic syringe and scans her. She smirks. “Oh you have no idea what awaits you.”

“Enough! I should incinerate you right here right now. Your existence is an insult to the Timelords.”

Yes. It shall. And it is not just humans I have been experimenting on.” She showed her a pen filled with mutated dogs.

“Timelords are above such unnecessary displays of affection. We are superior in every way.”
