I have a real question for any of my followers in the US. I’m not looking to stoke my ego or anything like that, but how popular is Fergus? I wonder as I’m barely known over here but very occasionally get recognised…

Released across the UK and Ireland today, #Glenrothan directed by Brian Cox and starring him and @alancumming.bsky.social along with an amazingly talented cast (and me)! This was on a location shoot in Glasgow and it was tremendous fun!

It’s good when you find nice quiet places in the middle of the city. Especially when it’s another two hours until the train back (there’s others, yes, but they’re ludicrously expensive)

This is a guitar player called Phil Campbell. He played in my favourite band and he died yesterday. He was great and I’m so sorry for his family and everyone else who loved him. RIP legend

Robert Duvall. I really liked him as an actor, I always thought he was one of the best in any ensemble and shone brightly in all of his work. He was very, very good at his craft and he made me feel and react to his characters in a real way. Thank you, sir. Rest easy
