Almost feels like spring, if it was a bit warmer

Two women on the train talking in what sounds like very American English, but every now and then both of them switch to perfect Swiss German. Odd xD

Client: "This project is super important and needs to be finished yesterday!" Us: "Okay, can you give us the documentation so we can continue working?" "Actually, we don't have that yet, you'll have to wait." 🙃

The views were quite nice. But it appears that some people were struggling to handle a bit of snow on the roads... Took us about 2 hours to do the first 5 km.

Time to go home

Cold and windy last day of skiing. Ending with quite a bit of fresh snow.

Fresh snow unfortunately also means not much visibility. At least we can ski almost all the way to our front door.

What to do when a day of skiing is just not enough? Well, night skiing of course!

Someone asked me for directions in French. I answered, and after they said thank you, I replied "Bienvenue". That's not how French works, brain xD

Sprawling in bed is nice. Would be better with someone to cuddle though.

It's getting colder and darker. Really craving some warmth and affection.

Feeling like there's a lot of emotions/feelings/anxiety piled up and I don't know what to do with it.

A bit more than 11 years ago, my fellow recruits and I placed a coin behind the emblem on our beret, for the last beer on our last day of service. Today I'm having said beer. It's been a mixed bag of experiences, but I'm glad I've made them. Cheers 🇨🇭

449 days served. One to go.

Second to last day of army service. Not much to do. Taking in some of the scenery.

So this year I stopped running after everything and am letting my comerades do their thing. I'm still trying to give some hints on what could be done. Yet noone seems to care, causing everything to fall apart and everyone to be even less motivated. What a shame.

Lieutenant: "The air conditioning unit is leaking!" Me: *takes a look* "That's just condensation water." Lieutenant: "I see. Do we need to refill that?" ... "Absolutely. You should tell logistics to ship some to our location."

Lieutenant Colonel approached a buddy and me and made some remark about our uniform not being up to code for this exercise. "Sir, we'll both be gone in five days. We believe our uniform will work just fine until then." He left xD

It's wet. They're making us do combat drills. The lieutenant was not impressed by my combat umbrella. I bet he's just jealous.

Off to military service for one last week...

My most frequent answer whenever someone asked me something during this service has been "Go ask XYZ". 😂 8 more days!

You know you're sharing a room with truck drivers when they're still up listening to folk music while everyone else is trying to sleep.

Once again I have to do a Lieutenant's job, because they're inept. There goes my plan of having a chill last few weeks of service 🙃

Started off as helping family with IT problems, ended up enjoying what might be the last summer-ish day on the lake! Didn't catch the full lunar eclipse due to haze, but saw some of it!
