The Town of Torbay is pleased to announce that our Town water ban is being lifted effective immediately. Our water levels have improved and reached stable conditions through both pumping and water conservation efforts.

The Town of Torbay will be accepting real Christmas Trees for drop off behind the Torbay Town Hall until Sunday, January 18, 2026. Trees must be unwrapped and free of hooks, ornaments, and nails. No other refuse will be accepted.

The Town of Torbay would like to advise anyone travelling on the Kevin Parsons Highway today, December 18, 2025, that there will be intermittent lane drops between Bauline line and Indian meal line throughout the day. Drivers should expect some slowdowns, traffic control will be in place.
