Manchester Marathon completed. Official finishing time 3:20:02 2325th finisher out of 23848 and 184th in M45 Planned to stick to 7:27min/mile pace that was achievable for the full distance but would also get me a new PB. Ran well until mile 22, when I started getting some minor calf cramps.
