Browsing through an artist's work to see if they're someone I'd want to follow, only to realize I was reading a comic IN REVERSE as a result. Followed, then scrolled back up slowly to read the thing properly.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade going multiplatform, especially for Switch 2, is one of the best things to me, and I say that as someone who was on Playstation since the PS1. But. They should have done this for the advertising, if anything, to make things come full circle. 😜 #FFVIIRemake

Only two planned pics for the January batch, of which one has already been finished. Had a bout of stress injury/sprain on my drawing hand for most the holiday, and it's finally 90% healed. So I've been getting back to drawing, but taking more breaks along the way.

There it is... first "accomplishment" of 2026 is beating NES Battletoads, "finally". Quotes due to the use of save states and having to remap some of the controls during the Clinger Winger stage due to the Pro Controller d-pad feeling sluggish. Need to make time for a proper run. Excited for it!

BUTTER... WINE... HANA? I'm hoping that could mean meeting a girl named Hana, and we have at least one really nice date.

Just about a year on, and thinking about this again. Mainly because I flipped through my first graphic novel, TMNT Book IV, which inspired a good chunk of the plot of the first live action movie. It was definitely more violent than anything pre-teen me had seen from the cartoon, that's for sure.

I humbly take back the pride I felt at being able to beat Battletoads on the NES. As it turns out, the Clinger-Winger hypno-buzzball was slower on the Famicom version of the game, which is the one I played on my NES using an adapter back in the day. I can still handle the Turbo Tunnel at least!
