I've been tracking down the site where Pilsner Urquell was first tapped in America. Shortly before Christmas in 1873, Pilsner Bier was served in Racine, Wisconsin, about 36 miles north of our lager beer cafe. Does this building still exist? Where's that plot? So I can go drink a Pilsner there.

I like a lot about cask service, but one of my favorite things is seeing the marked history across these casks, some that have probably 40 years of service. This was once used at Flossmoor Station.

We've preorded Sakiškių Baked Festbier and Sakiškių Lithuanian Pils via Lime Ventures, destined for our Lukr side pulls, along with a few others from Sakiškės in package. Hoping they continue to push a little more here! The Keptinis mashed and decocted Pils was great on side pull last year.

I love how a lot of Zahm & Nagel stuff has all these gauges and pressure and valves but then the next step is just "shake down the whole apparatus" because it owes you not money, but data. 2:56 for the initial shakedown.

Just give me some admin access to clean up your inventory classification system. Lot more online ordering portals for distributors these days, and they are always a mess to browse. Glunz, Lakeshore, and CBS have a lot of minor classification errors. Let me take care of most of it for you.
