Ben Caspersen isn't new to Impact, but he just transitioned to the Executive Team as our new Director of Finance! We are so grateful for his expertise, wisdom, and passion for studying the Bible, helping us ensure all young adults have safe places to wrestle with the Text.

Ellen is a lover of quilting, watercolors, and crocheting. She began her journey with Impact as a board member before joining the staff in 2016. This summer, Ellen is stepping down from her official role to pursue her next adventure, yet she will always have a home here in the Impact family.
